Inclusive Health is pleased to announce that we have automated and implemented an Agent Portalthat will allow agents to do the following:
- Check the status of an application - Approved, Pended, Denied, etc.
- To check the effective date of a policy
- To view what items are outstanding to approve an application
- To check the status of a referral fee and agent payment
To access the Agent Portal, go to: www.benefitinfocenter.com/agentportal.
There is a complete instruction manual on how to use the Agent Portal located on the IH website on the Agent's page and in the Forms section.
You will login to the Agent Portal using your Tax ID number, your name and street address. You must have previously submitted a copy of your Life, Accident and Health License and your W9 tax form. This information must be on file before the system will allow you to register. Once registered, you can use your login information to access the above information.
