IH Assist Federal Funding Renewed for 2011 -
We are pleased to announce that the federal funding for 2011 for the Inclusive Health Assist program has been renewed for 2011. This federally funded program provides discounts of 20% - 43% off of monthly Inclusive Health premiums for those who qualify. The discount is only for the Inclusive Health member or potential member who qualifies for the State Option.
The qualifications are based on an individual's household size and income. The following chart shows the limits and the discount available:

As of October 2010, Inclusive Health opened enrollment for the IH Assist program for 2011. Each Inclusive Health member that is receiving a subsidy this year will have to fill out a new application and reapply. Again this year, the subsidy is on a first come, first served basis and a discount on the monthly premium is not guaranteed. The 2011 IH Assist program will end once the funding is exhausted for 2011.

Please refer clients to the IH website, www.inclusivehealth.org for more information on the IH Assist program and to download an application. If a new member is apply on-line, the IH Assist and subsidy information will be a part of the application on-line. Please remember that everyone has to reapply for a subsidy for 2011.
