Monthly Premium Financial Assistance

You may be eligible for the Inclusive Health Assist premium subsidy program. Eligible members receive monthly assistance with their premium. Qualification and the amount of assistance is based on Household Income and Household Size.

The Inclusive Health Assist program is made possible by limited Federal grant funding. As a result, the program may be discontinued at any time. Participation is limited. You are not guaranteed acceptance into the program by applying. IH Assist recipients will be notified of their acceptance into the program.
