Inclusive Health Plan Options A and B include two PPO plans that have a significant difference in coinsurance and deductible costs between the network and non-network benefit options. MedCost, Inc. has developed a provider network for Inclusive Health. To participate, your provider must have signed an amendment with MedCost that covers the terms, conditions and rates of payment for Inclusive Health.

Inclusive Health’s provider network through MedCost does not yet include all of the statewide network of over 20,000 MedCost participating providers. We expect the majority to be signed up by January 1, 2025 when the plan’s first members will be effective. If your provider is not yet in the network, it is probably because they have not yet returned their contract amendment to MedCost that was mailed in early August. We strongly encourage you to check with your provider’s office if you do not see their name included on the Inclusive Health network provider list to let them know you need them to sign up.
